The best all in one printer in the market Epson ink tank vs HP ink tank

I am Looking to buy a 'all in one' printer cause you know, I am doing print outs and scanning a lot these days.

i search so many product then i found two models.

which is kinda same 

1. HP ink tank 400 series and

2. Epson 3200 series
